我是新鮮人，在設計自動化機台的公司快滿兩個月，一開始想說加班生活沒什麼， 努力一點應該可以適應，結果一到公司看到同事們的工作內容，幾乎是一個人從設計端 開始到零件發包回來，接著自己組裝、試機，產品送品保前先檢驗一遍，都ok之後送產線 量產，接著製程改善，機台有問題設計者要負全責維修到好，組裝過程中加工件有公差， 要自己上加工機台修改，等於一個工程師的工作內容包含了設計、組裝、品檢、製程、 設備維修、現場加工等，一個月加班時數破百很正常，但能報的加班時數上限是每月46 小時，超過就是做公益的...每小時加班費沒按勞基法，是公司自己制定的金額，後來想想 加班時數爆表後就是責任制的開始，同事們加班到早上繼續上班的情況也不是沒發生過， 主任工程師半夜被叫來修機台的機會也是滿常發生的...目前的生活就是星期一~五回到家 就準備睡了，星期六整天班，星期日打死不加班留點時間休息，主管每天開會講的重點就 是公司要的是能夠賣命的人，事情沒做完不回家睡公司，只要死不了都應該要繼續拚 不確定其他業界的生態是否也是這樣，加班加到死的薪水最高42K，值得嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.123.152
