【動新聞】急診室再傳暴力　醉男掌摑護理師

醫院又傳暴力事件！高雄市天主教聖功醫院急診室1名護士，遭酒醉路倒傷患莫名甩了一巴掌。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，警方表示，酒醉的洪姓男子（33歲，偽造文書前科），上周四清晨5時疑酒後跌倒擦傷臉部，自行走進急診室，醫護人員幫他處理完傷口，洪男表示要叫媽媽來醫院，黃姓護士（25歲）回答：「那你叫你媽媽來。」不料洪男突然從病床站起來，快速地朝黃女甩了一巴掌，黃女受到警嚇，卻尚未提出傷害告訴。警方表示，根據新修正的《醫療法》，對醫護人員攻擊施暴，恐面臨三年以下有期徒刑的重罰。（胡治言／綜合報導）
