想撞總統車隊　特勤：有應變措施

男子張德正25日清晨駕車撞總統府，衝破防彈門進入總統府車廳，震驚社會，張德正甚至曾在部落格透露想撞總統車隊，特勤中心官員強調，特勤中心對任何應變措施都有訓練，不可能讓歹徒得逞。
 
據警方調查，張德正去年8月間，在部落格寫下，「看見一堆黑頭車，被一堆國道警察護送，當時如果我若是想通了，尊嚴重要，或許我會一時失神~方向盤也許會不受控制~剛好那天車子總重約33噸~~」。
 
對此，特勤中心官員說，總統車隊每天行駛的路徑都有不同選擇；況且總統車隊中，總統到底坐在那一部車中，也是機密，就是預防這種突發性攻擊。【王烱華／台北報導】
