圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/39595054 時間：2013/12 每當旅行的閒暇之餘不知要去哪時，便會想找個咖啡館坐坐，消磨午後時光 。在台東的最後一天下午，想去的地方都去過了，但還有家咖啡館沒去，本 來是前一天下午要來Kituru，可是來了卻沒開。這天下午來之前先打電話確 認是否有開店，得知有營業後，便匆匆趕來。 Kituru是家很有意思的咖啡店，老闆是排灣族，Kituru是排灣語中練習或學 習的意思。白牆上有該單字的介紹。 除了是咖啡店之外，其實店裡也有許多原住民的手作雜貨以及明信片可以購 買，還有許多書籍，很有人文氣息。 餐點以咖啡、飲料和小甜點為主，也有賣原住民的風味餐點，不過只有一種 選擇。 拿鐵＄100 因為已經吃飽了，又是來消磨午後時光，所以只點了杯拿鐵。Kituru的豆子 應該是中重焙的，焦苦味較為明顯。奶泡倒是細密，除了表面有些小氣泡之 外，不過拉花就略遜了。Kituru的環境相當安靜舒適，是個可以久窩的小咖 啡館，對原住民的手作雜貨有興趣的人也可以來逛逛買買。 Kituru 咖啡館 地址：台東縣台東市中興路一段549號 電話：089-225611 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.25.51 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Taitung 01/18 01:16 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 CAFENCAKE 01/18 01:16
