女發「迫不及待」簡訊　男性侵無罪

【胡治言／綜合報導】1名20歲女大生指控前男友性侵，並網路上發布裸照，法院審理卻發現女大生指控期間，還曾發「迫不及待見面一番雲雨」簡訊給前男友，昨判男子強制性交無罪。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，彰化地院審理時發現，女大生指控強制性交的期間，曾發送多達33次曖昧簡訊給楊男，內容除了「老公」、「愛你」等文字外，還有「迫不及待見面一番雲雨」等煽情文字，法官審理後判處楊男強制性交無罪，另恐嚇及散布裸照等，分被判處6個月、5個月，得易科罰金。
