基隆小鴨今天下午2時許功成身退！小鴨畢業典禮，邀請星光大道歌手練懿樂為小鴨高歌，現場將公布鴨爸霍夫曼入選小鴨萌照，動員4艘噴水船歡送小鴨回家，上千鴨迷撐傘參加畢業典禮，主辦單位表示，50天的展期，吸引超過300萬人次來賞小鴨。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
