阿爾卡特-朗訊擬出售手機業務給大陸華信集團

繼芬蘭諾基亞出售手機事業之後，又一歐洲手機大廠可能退出市場。阿爾卡特-朗訊(Alcatel-Lucent SA)6日在公佈財報的同時證實，可能出售旗下的手機部門。

阿爾卡特-朗訊表示，該公司已收到中國大陸科技投資公司華信集團的報價，雙方目前正在談判階段，若成案並經監管機關審核通過，阿爾卡特-朗訊可獲得2.68億歐元(3.62億美元)，除此之外，該公司還將保留15%的少數股權，估計雙方可能在第二季達成協議。

自2006年阿爾卡特、朗訊正式合併以來，該公司幾乎年年虧損，不過在經過執行長Michel Combes去年大刀闊斧的整頓後，獲利改善已見初步成效，該公司去年第四季本業營業利潤達3.07億歐元，優於分析師預估的2.67億歐元。除此之外，2013年全年營收也較去年成長2.9%。

受財報利多消息激勵，阿爾卡特-朗訊(Alcatel-Lucent SA)股價當日大漲9.18%至3.31歐元。
