紅包袋署名　賴清德被疑綁樁

台南市政府春節發放鄰長慰問金，裝有1000元紅包袋上，「市長賴清德 敬贈」署名，國民黨籍市議員謝龍介今天批評賴清德是用公費作個人公關，質疑趁機為連任綁樁。
 
謝龍介表示，春節慰問金是市府照顧鄰長的好意，確實讓人相當窩心，但賴市長發放春節慰問金卻以個人署名，變得好像是他個人贈與，反而成了個人德政，讓人質疑是利用行政資源為選舉綁樁。
 
為免惹議，謝龍介建議，紅包袋上的署名可改為「台南市民敬贈」，較妥當貼切，紅包金額也可加碼發放，由現在的1000元增加到3000至5000元。
 
市府新聞處長趙卿惠表示，市長代表台南市政府，以市長姓名署名敬贈鄰長春節慰問金，不會有爭議，更無綁樁情事。（劉榮輝／台南報導）
