德國內需放緩，2013年12月製造業訂單意外下滑，顯示鄰近歐洲國家復甦勁道疲軟，德國業者對投資仍有所遲疑。

路透社和彭博社報導，德國經濟部6日公佈，經季節性因素和通膨調整後，12月份訂單月減0.5%；彭博社訪調39位專家，預估中間值為月增0.2%。不過11月份訂單則由先前估計2.1%上修至2.4%。

12月份德國國內訂單月減1.6%，海外訂單則增加0.4%；來自歐元區訂單揚升7.5%，歐元區以外地區則下挫3.7%。

德國以外的歐元區國家復甦有氣無力，開發中國家成長減緩，都可能拖累德國景氣和成長。德國央行(Bundesbank)預期今年頭幾個月經濟可望強勁擴張，但是Natixis經濟學家Johannes Gareis認為，由於全球經濟仍積弱不振，德國經濟並未加速，預料今年德國成長腳步將趨於穩定。

歐洲央行(European Central Bank)管理委員會(Governing Council)今天將開會評估歐元區展望，一般預料基準利率將按兵不動，維持在0.25%。
