開公司找員工全用人頭　想Ａ150萬補助款

基隆市陳姓女子與徐姓男友等人，發現政府的「就業啟航計畫」有利可圖，可以讓失業民眾申請1萬多元補助，於是先找人頭設立6家公司後，再提供就業機會給「北區就業服務中心」，然後找多名人頭偽裝失業者，重複進入6家人頭公司，再偽造員工出勤卡、帳簿、銀行帳簿、員工薪資單等資料，回頭向北區就業服務中心申報補助款150餘萬元。

但是陳女與徐姓男友先領取50萬元補助後，被就業服務站稽核人員發現，找不到這些當初失業去求職的人頭，懷疑有問題，立刻通報暫停核發另外的100萬元補助費，檢察官指揮偵辦後，依詐欺、偽造文書等罪嫌，將主嫌陳女與徐姓男友等4人移送。

法院審結，考量被告已繳回全部補助款，判處陳女1年6月刑期，徐姓男友3月刑期，陳女胞妹4月刑期，羅姓女子7月刑期，可以上訴。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
