由於公司一些內部的問題 讓我現在一刻都不想留 在年前也找到新的工作 是股票上市公司且待遇比目前好 只是新的公司很希望我能在2月底前到職 目前在等我通知可以到職的時間 我在目前公司已工作超過3年 依勞基法規定離職要30天前預告 如果現在提 在2月底之前我就能走人 老闆不能有任何理由 這是目前最保障自己的作法 偏偏公司要在除夕前一天才發年終 如果年後提離職我很擔心3月才能走 年終不多不少1.5個月 現在提離職 年終有或沒有就等老闆一句話... 問過很多人意見 有人建議我等領個年終再辭 然後跟新公司繼續交涉到職時間 也有人建議 現在就提 不要年後馬上提落人口實 順便賭一把老闆有沒有品 看他願不願意發年終 請問大家 如果很確定要跳槽 你們願意賭上年終嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.17.157
