罰金無感？　第6次酒駕判入獄

【張欽／台北報導】北市歐姓工人自2008年起5年內酒駕5次被逮，判刑均以罰金數萬元結案，仍不知警惕，去年12月又在工地喝完保力達B加沙士後騎機車遭警方攔查，酒測值達0.28，再度被送辦。
 
台北地院認定歐男酒駕，審酌他曾因酒駕被判刑5次，卻未戒斷惡習，為避免歐男心存僥倖，再次酒駕，今依公共危險罪判歐男8月徒刑，須入獄服刑。全案可上訴。
