年還沒過　元宵已開賣囉

農曆春節將近，除了年菜，業者也已針對元宵節推出各種元宵或湯圓，除了傳統的花生、芝麻等口味，今年不少飯店業者也推出創意口味。台北福華江南春2/14前推出酒釀湯圓，共有原味、抹茶、紅麴、雨花石4種選擇，除了在餐廳現點現煮，也可外帶，生湯圓每盒12顆，包含4種口味，並附酒釀、橘子瓣等配料，主廚劉宜嘉表示：「一般來說，元宵可分為3種，分別是搓湯圓、包湯團、滾元宵。湯圓是不包餡的，湯團是有包餡的，而元宵就是以竹簍滾製的。我們的雨花石口味是融合紅、白、綠等彩色湯團。」每盒360元，外帶買5送1。
 
而台北國賓川菜廳則推出熱呼呼的黃金炸元宵，內餡有芝麻、花生與豆沙起司等3種，現場品嘗單顆50元，外賣生元宵每盒12顆，定價500元，2/8至2/14供應。
