保險儲蓄列所得　貧苦女學生沒能補助學費

台中市一名林姓高職二年級女學生，過去因家中年所得不超過1百14萬元，每學期可接受教育部學費差額補助，近2萬3千元，校方卻女學生101年度家戶所得超過新台幣114 萬元，取消下學期的學費補助，林母難過說，林家仰賴女學生父親每月2萬8千元薪水過活，她的學費幾乎是一家人一個月生活費，該怎麼辦才好？
 
中市議員謝志忠今天陪同林母召開記者會，痛批政府為德不足。他經調查，林家人整戶101年度綜合所得稅申報所得總額是41萬多元，國稅局卻將林家人的存款1百80萬元也列入所得，這根本不能列所得的，國稅局和教育部不同調，導致林姓女學生不能獲得補助。
