議員批北市公營住宅數字灌水

【許麗珍／台北報導】北市議員陳玉梅今表示，郝市府推出公營住宅政策，宣稱2014年止將完工或進行規劃設計興建公營住宅4808戶，但去年底推出3批公營出租住宅184戶後，將近1年已無新增戶數，遠低於市民租屋需求，市府一再以規劃中或計劃中來充數，連審計處都看不下去，直接說明公營住宅有6成以上數字是灌水。

陳玉梅表示，郝市長要2014年前要推出4808戶，但任期幾乎用掉3/4，目前只推出184戶，興建中900戶，還欠3千多戶，執行力太差，郝應感到汗顏。都發局則回應，是議員誤解，2014年底推出4808戶是指「已完工、加上施工中、再加上已進入實質規劃的公營住宅」，目前上述3項數字加總已超過8000戶。
