洪仲丘案續查 桃檢赴269旅

（中央社台北12日電）陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭不當處分死亡所衍生的過失致死等案，桃園地檢署仍在偵辦中。桃檢今天派員前往陸軍269旅，查訪相關事證。

洪仲丘案另衍生醫院人員被控偽造文書、業務過失致死等，由桃園地檢署另案調查中。

桃園地檢署上午前往陸軍269旅調查，有媒體指檢方此行是為了解禁閉室操練規定，釐清洪仲丘生前操練及昏倒急救和送醫過程；不過，桃檢以調查行動仍在進行為由，暫時無法對外說明。1020812
