想請教一下大家 如果應徵一份工作 他最低工資是由全勤獎金,餐費和薪資組成大概20000左右 如果請假的話就會按照比例發給全勤獎金部份 這樣有違反勞基法嗎 因為請假是勞工權益 請假全勤獎金沒了就低於最低工資應該有違法的疑慮吧... 謝謝 ps:公司是面板廠 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.128.157
