基隆小鴨 360度轉如音樂盒

（中央社記者王朝鈺基隆2日電）黃色小鴨游基隆總策劃范可欽今天說，特別為小鴨訂製360度旋轉的浮台，讓民眾能只要站在基隆港邊，都能目睹小鴨正面風采。

風靡全球的黃色小鴨即將從12月21日起到民國103年2月8日游進基隆海洋廣場前方水域，停留50天期間，陪伴民眾度過耶誕節、元旦跨年及春節假期，預計將吸引高達600萬人次造訪。

基隆黃色小鴨發起人、基隆市議長黃景泰特地邀請范可欽擔任總策劃，希望為基隆黃色小鴨帶來與眾不同的驚奇。

范可欽說，這是他繼紅衫軍後，再一次驚人的作品，基隆黃色小鴨共規劃5大展區，這次特別為18公尺高的「小鴨」訂製能360度旋轉的浮台，就像是音樂盒般，民眾只要到基隆港邊，任何一個角度都有機會與黃色小鴨正面相逢，感受小鴨迷人的魅力。

由於桃園的黃色小鴨曾發生爆裂意外，外界也關心基隆小鴨是否足以抵擋強風；范可欽回應，小鴨旋轉過程能抵抗強烈風力，也能透過遙控器讓小鴨停止旋轉，因此並不擔心強風問題。1021202
