標題[問題] 離職日不能押假日?

雖然我已經離開公司了不過對於這件事情仍有疑惑 我工作超過3個月以上 但未滿一年 依勞基法我應該要10天前提出 我在11/22送上辭呈 押的離職日是12/1(日) 本來應該更早提 但主管沒進公司 不然就是只來一下就走 沒辦法遞 不然我原本是預計離職日押在11/30(六) 結果主管找我去談說我不可以把離職日押在假日 我告知他說我是照勞基法前10天提出所押的離職日 他就說沒有人押離職日在假日的 我應該要把日期押在最後一個上班日11/29才對 而薪水也會只算到11/29這天 就算我去其他公司也一樣 不能押在假日 還講說公司現在是需要我交接才讓我留下來 (我聽得出意思是--要不是你手上的業務別人還不會 不然我可以要你馬上走) 又說如果你工作交接需要2個月以上 我也可以不讓你走 當下我知道如果我跟他談要整個月的薪資(11/30) 他一定會要我馬上離開 畢竟我應該還是會在業界做 不想跟他計較太多了 能快點逃走比較實在 不過對於這個事件我還是很有疑惑 難道真的不能把離職日押在假日嗎? 希望大家幫我解答了 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.173.4.252
