燙金地A25招商　近30家業者捧場

位在信義計劃區燙金地段A25地上權案今日舉辦招商說明會，吸引近30間廠商前往參與，包括富邦人壽、新光人壽、中華工程、太子建設、麗寶建設、遠東百貨集團等等，該案佔地5452坪，權利金額達240億元，預計3月12日開標。

據現場壽險業者指出，該案權利金額過高，再加上營建成本費用，與認養市府的機關用地與道路用地1.1億元，負擔過高，會再慎重考慮，畢竟該區要發展為商業旅館或者商辦大樓，得採取複合式開發模式，不然信義計劃區營業形式過於雷同，商機是有待考驗的。（郭寶懃／台北報導）
