年前有面試了幾間公司今天其中一間打電話來說他們願意給我offer 但是要有在職的reference check 他們說我要提供我主管的電話但我覺得我們公司對離開的人都不是很友善 (除非離職原因是要照顧小孩生病啥的他們比較和善之外) 我要怎麼跟公司的人講比較好(目前在職中) 基本上我有兩個主管(直屬的跟帶我的) 帶我的人跟我比較好但是年資也都15年了 (直屬的話20年) 雖然我跟她比較好但是如果我打電話請年資15年的人做為我的推薦人他應該也是會私下跟20年的主管說如果有什麼差錯的話搞不好一邊拿不到offer 一邊黑掉目前先跟對方說明天給他們電話很怕弄不好就兩頭空有沒有有這類經驗的板有可以給一點建議的不好意思麻煩了!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.67.241.10 ※ 編輯: leighmeow 來自: 203.67.241.10 (02/05 17:52)
