想請教一下大家如果應徵一份工作他最低工資是由全勤獎金,餐費和薪資組成大概20000左右如果請假的話就會按照比例發給全勤獎金部份這樣有違反勞基法嗎因為請假是勞工權益請假全勤獎金沒了就低於最低工資應該有違法的疑慮吧... 謝謝 ps:公司是面板廠 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.128.157
