於代碼 #1Isg2u6Q 一文，symeng遭檢舉黑單 本案分兩段判定 1. 因雙方約定時間為17:40，17:30 symeng聲稱已到場等候 等到17:42分因列車即將抵達月台而致電賣家，卻無法取得聯繫 因後續有其他約，列車抵達後即先行離開 賣家後來抵達沒等到人 回撥電話 但之後換成無法聯絡上買家 不論雙方電話聯繫問題 17:40分賣家並無到場為真 故判定買家無交易疏失 2. 隔天約定其他日期交易 買家有在面交前即與賣家取得連繫 同時要求取消交易 雙方無約定交易之地點及時間 此段無法構成黑單 綜合以上兩段，判定 symeng 無黑單之必要。 本案結案。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.219.127.219
