標題[請問] 日文網站註冊

想問一下 我再GU網站註冊可是一直出現這個 お名前（姓） にご利用できない文字が含まれています。 我已經有把我的名字翻成片假名了 可是填上去還是不行 請問是差在哪個步驟呢 --
