日勞動市場　女性難升遷

【蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導】日本女性在職場難有發揮空間，日本政府統計顯示，勞動市場4成為女性，但常同工不同酬，女性收入約為男性70%，而在民營企業中，女性主管僅有12%，女性高層主管更只有5%，遠遜於歐美國家。

英國、阿根廷有20%企業高層主管是女性，墨西哥、荷蘭女性高階主管也占18%，美國17%。
