【方翊倩／綜合報導】吳姓女高中生去年撞爛賴姓男子的MINI Cooper S轎車，吳女簽承諾書坦承隱瞞無駕照，願賠償123萬餘元，事後反悔不賠。
今日出版的《蘋果》報導，33歲賴男提告指稱，去年9月見吳女在臉書發文介紹工作，他找吳女洽談想幫妹妹謀職，吳女向他借車，卻撞壞價值160萬元、僅一年多車齡的愛車MINI Cooper S。吳女簽承諾書坦承隱瞞無駕照，願賠償123萬餘元，事後反悔。台北地院指吳女簽承諾書時未滿20歲，賴男未取得吳女家長一併同意，不符法律規定，昨判吳女免賠。
