在美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）今年的決策會議上擁有投票權的芝加哥Fed總裁伊文斯（Charles Evans）稍晚將發表有關經濟與貨幣政策的談話。Fed主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）也將於台北時間周三上午8點發表演說。市場將關注演說中是否釋出任何有關QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）退場訊息。
