【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】美國時尚雜誌Vol Up 2創辦人迪亞莫(Velvet D’Amour) ，21歲時一心想當模特兒，當時身高173公分體重53公斤的她，遭多家經紀公司以過胖理由拒絕。
2006年38歲的她，體重136公斤，身穿26號衣服，以大尺碼模特兒在巴黎時裝周為高堤耶走秀(Jean Paul Gaultier)，成為新聞頭版人物，同季還現身知名設計師加利亞諾(John Galliano)的秀場，並登上法國版Vogue雜誌。
有感於時尚圈只要紙片麻豆，她於去年2月創辦了Vol Up 2雜誌，主打大尺碼麻豆，以鼓勵女性欣賞自己不完美的地方，並能為自己的身材感到自豪。
