【林巧雁／台北報導】立委薛凌今天在立法院質詢時問財政部長張盛和對高房價的看法？她問張盛和年輕人買得起房子嗎？還是只能買一根柱子或一間廁所？如何讓年輕人買得起房子？
 
張盛和說，抑制不當投機的房市健全方案要從供給與需求兩方面一起努力，增加供給方面多建合宜住宅、改善交通，需求方面的青年安心成家貸款也貸很多，不是青年的首購族也有優惠貸款。此外，本月底奢侈稅的配套方案會出爐。
