財政部繼加強預售屋查稅行動後，近期也鎖定出租屋，針對擁有多屋者的個人進行查稅。財政部長張盛和表示，加強查核逃漏稅是執掌，因為目前房子多的戶數很多，擁有3屋以上的個人就超過66萬，因此有租屋所得就要核實課稅，強調五區國稅局每年都會對擁有多屋的個人進行查稅。

張盛和上午赴立法院財委會進行「財政部主管103年度施政重點及預算編列報告」，並備質詢。他在會議開始前受訪，針對出租屋查稅，發表上述看法。
