【政治中心／台北報導】歷時兩天的第九屆兩岸經貿文化論壇下午舉行閉幕式，350多名兩岸政商學界人士就兩岸經濟科技合作、文化產業合作及教育交流合作等三項議題深入討論後，論壇最後共提出了多達19項共同建議，由國民黨副主席蔣孝嚴負責宣讀，國台辦主任張志軍對論壇的成果作出結論。

這次論壇達成的19項共同建議，涵蓋經濟、產業、科技、金融、能源、農業、旅遊、醫藥及教育出版等眾多領域。其中第一項也是最重要的共同建議，就是積極推進兩岸經濟合作框架協定（ECFA）後續商談和落實，加速兩岸服務貿易協議生效實施。並續推兩岸貨物貿易、爭端解決協議商談，建立公平、透明、便利的貿易投資環境，爭取早日實現兩岸經濟關係正常化、制度化和自由化。
