美股收黑，台股早盤以平低盤開出，電子類股表現較為弱勢，僅太陽能及零星個股相對抗跌，權值股台積電、鴻海等股價疲弱，傳產部份以紡織、自行車、生技類股表現亮眼，而金融股也呈現休息狀態，終場加權指數上漲5.53點，以8364.55點作收，成交金額為915.54億元。

週線大漲133.97點，拉出一根長紅棒。

※趨勢分析

(1)美國債務上限以及新年度預算問題導致資金紛紛流向歐洲、亞洲，推升股匯市走揚。

(2)上市櫃第3季財報將陸續出爐。

※類股分析

(1)電子股：各手機大廠新機銷售優於預期，對相關供應鏈股價有所助益。

(2)金融股：政策面作多，兩岸金保會將在本月召開，討論放寬台灣壽險業登陸門檻。

(3)傳產股：觀光、餐飲和百貨零售業將因大陸十一長假而受惠。
