行政院南部聯合服務中心昨天在屏東東港舉辦「精緻農業如何選用安全農產品」說明會，超過2百人與會，民眾反應熱絡。專家指導民眾煮飯技巧，五步驟「洗、浸、煮、燜、鬆」，就能煮出Ｑ彈芳香，好吃的米飯。

行政院南部中心代理執行長林清強表示，近來食品安全問題造成大眾恐慌，因而籌辦這場說明會，強化推廣CAS台灣優良農產品標章、吉園圃、有機認證、生產履歷等農業安全政策，增加大眾選用安全農產品基本認識。

農委會產業組科長黃怡仁說，煮飯五步驟「洗、浸、煮、燜、鬆」，就是洗去附著米粒雜質異味，浸水活化米粒澱粉酵素，增加甘甜黏彈性，好吃又健康。

嘉義大學教授林高塚也提醒民眾購買肉品時，可從外觀判斷肉品好壞，如顏色過深或過淺，表示豬肉品管不良。
