【綜合報導】上海自由貿易試驗區（自貿區），今天上午10時正式掛牌成立，國家商務部、發改委等相關部門負責人、上海自貿區管委會負責人均出席有關掛牌儀式，但不見國家主席習近平、國務院總理李克強等中央領導人出席。

新華社報導，上海市委書記韓正，上海市市長楊雄，商務部部長高虎城等人，均出席掛牌儀式，並為36家企業頒發證照，其中11家為中外合資、外商獨資企業。不過上海官方對自貿區掛牌儀式十分低調，獲邀參與儀式的媒體名額十分有限。下午2時半，上海自貿區將召開記者會。

上海自貿區範圍，包括4個海關特殊監管區域，面積達28.78平方公里，區內將試行人民幣資本項目兌換、金融市場利率市場化，和人民幣跨境使用，並推動金融服務業，全面開放符合條件的民營資本和外資金融機構，在區內進行業務。
