請問~~

我希望將贈予一間房子給我的女兒，但不希望女婿能夠處理這財產。
(已婚，夫妻採用法定財產制)

我查詢過~~(夫或妻所受的贈予物，經過贈予人聲明為其特有財產者。)

請問：
1. 如果我贈與時候，請代書聲明指定財產持有者為我女兒，女婿是否就不能夠處理這間房子？

2. 如果萬一夫妻離婚時，這間房子需不需要分給女婿？

3. 如果萬一女兒死亡(指定房產繼承人為孫子)，女婿是否還能繼承其50%，或者皆由孫子繼承？
