中國人民銀行上海總部23日發布的統計數據表明，8月份上海企業信貸需求明顯上升。

中新社報導，2013年8月，上海市中資金融機構新增本外幣貸款238.2億元（人民幣，下同），環比多增96億元。其中新增人民幣貸款424億元，為今年前7個月月均增量的1.7倍，環比多增103.5億元。

8月份上海單位固定資產貸款增加明顯，個人貸款增勢不減。據人行分析，當月單位貸款需求快速回升，單位貸款環比增長較快，8月份全市新增本外幣單位貸款306.3億元，環比多增249.6億元，是貸款增長的主要推動因素。個人貸款方面，當月全市新增本外幣個人貸款146.9億元，環比多增1.3億元，其中個人中長期消費貸款增加128.6億元。

據悉，8月份全市金融機構發放的本外幣企業貸款（不含票據融資）主要投向租賃商務業、房地產業和交運倉儲郵政業。

另據統計，8月份受樓市連續多月密集成交的累積效應影響，上海個人住房貸款依舊保持高位增長態勢，全市新增本外幣個人住房貸款82.9億元，環比和同比分別多增0.9億元和48億元。
