想請問大家一個問題，之前我找一間代辦公司報名打工換食宿，無薪水，就是以工作換取住宿跟食⋯請問這樣是應該要持觀光簽還是打工簽呢？^_^

因當時有跟他們簽約，我自費機票錢，說好的一開始食就出包，等於前5天我們是自費買東西吃，工作還是照做，再後來就工作讓我們嚴重超時，所以我提前回臺灣了，但那間吸血鬼代辦還透過法院要求我賠它們5萬違約金

請問這樣找誰幫忙呢？？？？？

是代辦先讓我朋友回來的 卻要他賠5萬的毀約金！！！！ 不符合人類的要求喔！！！
