蘇：馬打擊政敵「台人權最黑暗的一天」

馬總統認為，立法院長關說司法，侵犯司法獨立，是「台灣民主法治發展最恥辱的一天」。民進黨主席蘇貞昌也為此召開記者會，強調馬總統二度為打擊政敵召開記者會，還透過不法監聽手段竊取國會議長通聯內容，扭曲甚至參與司法偵查中個案，自己做判決，這樣違法違憲，「真是台灣人權最黑暗的一天」。(程平報導)

馬總統說王金平關說司法，是「台灣民主法治發展最恥辱的一天」。蘇貞昌也就用他的話回嗆，直指馬總統逾越憲法職權，鬥爭打擊政敵，還將自己犯罪行為正當化，這才是台灣民主政治最黑暗的一天。

而對於馬總統說，王金平的行為如果不是關說，什麼才是關說。蘇貞昌則是再次借用他的話，反問如果馬總統的做法不是政治鬥爭、不是干涉司法、不是違法手段，哪什麼才是？

蘇貞昌要問，如果馬總統可以這樣違法違憲，還有什麼不能做？
