想請問104的職缺那邊，常看到 接受身份：上班族、應屆畢業生 工作經歷：3年以上 所以意思是如果是上班族，只接受三年以上，不接受1～2年， 要不就只收應屆畢業生？ 是這個意思沒錯吧？ --- 我另外想請問，板上說國立理工學士起薪35K，是指實領35K嗎？還是指底薪？ 最近得到一個offer，薪水開28K，聽了有點不爽，覺得這公司剝削新人， 但是算一算扣完勞健保，加上其他津貼，實領34K左右， 所以這間公司還算是正常囉？ 還是所謂35K是底薪，加上津貼應該要4x K？ 小弟後段地名國立學士，電機系成績縫縫補補勉強畢業。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.235.50.236
