【綜合報導】法務部長曾勇夫上午出面回應特偵組將 他移送監察院一事，他批評，從特偵組的新聞稿中，「有一點可以證明我有涉入個案」，他對特偵組的處置，「表示痛心，我們的司法竟以這樣羅織的方法陷害人家」，如果光憑莫須有的電話就可以入人於罪，這不是檢察官辦案應有的作為」，他並質疑其中「涉及個人恩怨與私人報復」，還說：「我敢跟各位保證，我沒有涉入個案，歡迎監院調查。」

至於是否請辭法務部長一職，曾勇夫說：「對我沒做的事我為何要辭職？」
