台灣彩券公司今天表示，2013年7月公益彩券盈餘為47.60億元，自2007年開辦以來累積達1,468.1億元，續創歷史新高。

台彩公司指出，公益彩券盈餘按規定分配50%供地方政府辦理社會福利及慈善活動，45%供政府補助國民年金，其餘5%則挹注全民健康保險準備。

台彩表示，2013年7月份單月為政府創造的公益彩券盈餘為47.60億元，其中23.80億元分配至各直轄市、縣市政府供辦理社會福利及慈善活動之用，2007年至2013年7月底，累計達734.05億元。

國民年金部分，7月份獲得21.42億元，開辦以來至7月底累計達660.64億元，另有7月份2.38億元的全民健康保險準備，開辦以來至7月底，累計達73.41億元。
