【綜合報導】中國民航西北管理局官網昨天發布公告，指大韓航空客機日前在陝西西安咸陽國際機場降落時，機組人員因未按指令執行程序，遭禁飛西安1年。

這架大韓航班KAL9831班機，上月19日從南韓青州飛西安咸陽國際機場，降落時未按管制指令執行程序，後由雷達引導降落。民航西北管理局於23日約見大韓航空駐西安支店長，通報有關情況，並要求大韓航空採取措施，加強飛行機組人員的業務能力，特別是英語水平，並宣布對此次航班的機組人員1年內禁飛西安。
