【綜合報導】印度去年12月發生女學生在巴士遭6人集體性侵案，法官昨判一名涉案的少年在未成年拘禁中心服刑3年，引發當地媒體與政治人物憤怒，要求給予犯案者更嚴厲的制裁。
 
《印度斯坦時報》報導，根據警方之前的描述，這名少年是6名性侵犯中「最野蠻者」，但他去年犯案時未成年，因此以少年犯的身分受審。他雖然被判刑，但服刑期間可看電視和玩遊戲。
 
另有媒體認為，司法系統出了問題，只判少年性侵犯3年刑期太輕了。印度反對黨下議院女議員史娃拉（Sushma Swaraj）則說，將在本周五向國會提出青少年法律的修正案。
