Samsung 開始量產 DDR4 記憶體：20nm 製程、主攻伺服器市場

DDR4 記憶體終於進入量產階段了！Samsung 今天正式宣佈他們已經開始大規模量產 20nm 製程的 4Gb 記憶體顆粒，以供 16GB 和 32GB 兩種規格的產品使用。據悉他們接下來會將 32GB 的記憶體推向伺服器市場，其產品的最高速度據稱可達 2,667 Mb/s，效能更強，同時功耗在 DDR3 產品的基礎上可降低 30%。按照 Samsung 的說法，他們即將打造的是全球最小最強勁的 4Gb DRAM 晶片，但顯然其目標不止於此，早在 2011 年時他們就定下過 4Gbps 的目標啦。
