豪雨襲總統邀部會研商對策

康芮颱風離台後，又有鋒面報到，部分地區傳出淹水災情，總統馬英九晚間召集各部會研商，將決定是否採取進一步行動，防止災害擴大。

馬總統晚間臨時決定前往經濟部水利署聽取各部會簡報，包括氣象局、交通部、農委會、經濟部、內政部、國防部、災防辦等單位，都將向馬總統口頭報告，預計會後馬總統將做出裁示。

馬總統表示，今天決定到水利署的原因，主要是因為注意到從氣象局解除康芮颱風陸上颱風警報、海上颱風警報後，各地因為新的鋒面報到而降雨，降雨情況相當嚴重。

由於豪雨讓部分地區傳出淹水災情，馬總統指出，讓他感覺到極端氣候帶來的雨量，非常難以預測。

馬總統認為，與其繼續觀察，不如召集各部會研商是否需要採取進一步行動，防止災害擴大。

馬總統也說，今天特別召開臨時會議，大概也是罕見總統、行政院長到水利署，針對降雨情況，進行災害應變準備。
