北韓取消對美特使的邀請

美國國務院今天(30日)指出，北韓已經取消邀請美國高級特使前往平壤的計畫。美國的北韓人權問題特使金恩(Robert King)原本預定今天(30日)離開東京前往北韓，試圖營救遭到平壤當局關押的美國傳教士裴俊虎(Kenneth Bae)。

裴俊虎被控顛覆北韓政府，遭北韓判處15年勞改。

美國國務院副發言人哈夫(Marie Harf)表示，北韓取消這項邀請，令美國感到意外和失望。美國對裴俊虎的健康依然深感關切。

外傳裴俊虎的健康惡化，美國政府12日曾呼籲北韓釋放他。
