我想買HTC new one 已經很久了，但還沒買就得知這支手機前陣子已經從學生專案抽掉，但我還是很想問問有辦法不用付到完全空機價卻又可以辦學生專案的方式嗎？ 之前有問中華電信它是說沒辦法只能高資費才能配new one，但有打聽到外面通訊行卻說可以，這又是為什麼呢？
