【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市中和區中山路、民有街口一帶因午後大雨造成嚴重淹水，淹水最深達30公分，許多位於一樓商家因屋內積水而無法繼續做生意，部分店家乾脆拉下鐵門暫停營業，一家理髮院雖然在門口推起了沙包擋水，但仍無法有效遏止水淹入內。
 
一名冷飲店的周姓老闆無奈表示，每逢下大雨這裡已成必定淹水路段，雖然有跟市府相關單位不斷反映，卻都未能解決問題。
