【綜合報導】中國廣東昨天出現首例人類感染H7N9禽流感病例，惠州一名女雞販確診感染，目前仍未脫離危險期。香港伊利沙伯醫院黎鏡堯及多位專家分析全球逾百篇有關禽流感的論文，研判鵪鶉可能是H7N9病毒的傳染媒介，建議禁止市場同時出售活雞、鴨及鵪鶉，以防交叉傳播。

黎鏡堯指出，鵪鶉與雞一樣，容易感染亞型禽流感病毒，推斷這次H7N9病毒也可能先由鴨傳給鵪鶉，經病毒基因變異再傳給雞和人類。
