2016汽車駕照的筆試 汽車筆試沒過汽車駕照筆試有效期限汽車筆試時效2015汽車駕照筆試是採用什麼方法考的?2016

這是小弟昨天去海邊拍的，請問的是，昨天我將照片放到電腦上看。
發現上半部藍天的部分好像有雜訊，或是說一塊塊色塊。在畫面右上角最明顯。

鏡頭是17mm F1.8 , A模式拍攝有亮暗部各-3，關閉暖色調。銳利和清晰＋1。

想請各位前輩解答。 在其他的場景或是室內都正常，就只有這幾張海邊拍的是這樣。
